We recommend reserving your equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests. Please email us or reach out via our contact form: Quote Request. We will do our absolute best to meet your request.
Absolutely! We want to take the burden off of you. You have plenty on your plate already. There are delivery and set-up fees depending on your distance, specific needs, and items to be set-up. We will include these on your quote for full transparency.
Yes, we require a deposit to reserve equipment. The deposit amount varies depending on the equipment you are renting and the length of the rental period. Generally, it is 30% of your rental subtotal, but certain items may have up to 50%, such as tents.
You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period. We require a credit card on file for all rentals to cover any damages or losses.
However, if you accept Rental Property Protection (RPP), accidental damage is covered -as defined and outlined in our contract information sent to you. *There are exceptions, also outlined in the rental agreement.*
At this time we are not set up to cater or provided cater-necessary equipment, such as glasses, silverware, plates, etc. We hope to add more services as we grow and are excited to do so!

Depending on your needs, we have bundles that are fairly inclusive, or you can search by category. Once you find an item you are interested in, please click the image and you will be directed to our booking site. Here you can verify your date(s) are available and add to your cart. Continue this process, or work directly with the booking site items, to build your personalized shopping experience. You can also connect with us to 'build' your package and we will create a quote specific to you.
For details of the cancellation policy, please see the rental contract information under cancellations, once sent to you. If you are interested in advance, please let us know what you are interested in via our Quote and Contact Form and we will update you per your request.
Definitely! We clean it as if our kids were eating off of it! We sanitize and clean all items between uses. They are stored in a clean and well maintained environment to insure you are delivered beautiful, clean, and safe items.
Yes! Please reach out to us via email or our contact and quote request page with specifics such as dates, items needed, and location, and so on. We will customize a package for you!
Yes! However, please be aware of cancellation deadlines in the contract. If items are being deleted, there could be a restocking fee or deposit loss incurred. If adding items, we will need to confirm that there is stock for the date(s) you have set. We will do our best to be flexible with your changes and any charges you may create. This is a case-by-case determination.
Generally, no. However, due to the nature of our business, this depends on stock and situation. Delivery may not be an option for items that would cost less than the delivery charge. For example, renting two 6' tables would cost $20 +tax, but delivery may be $50+. In this case we would suggest arranging pick up and drop off, in person. Contact free is available if you are more comfortable with this option.
Yes! This is considered 'exact time delivery' and is dependant upon the date and time requested. There is an additional $150 charge for 'exact time delivery' due to the nature of planning such deliveries. If needing exact time delivery and pick up, the round trip rate is $250. Please be aware, this fee is on top of the standard delivery/setup/pickup/labor fee(s).
No. Since the items were removed from our care, and unable to be rented by someone else, it is considered "in use". We charge for time out not time used.
